FAQs

HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK? Please be sure to choose the delivery or shipping method that suits your needs! We offer FREE in-school delivery for students at HMS and MSS. If you require in-town delivery (it's FREE as well!) and have a child at HMHS or no child in the school system, please note that as well and we will be in contact to arrange delivery.

WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING? Any shipped items are sent via USPS at a flat rate of $10, unless you have a particularly large order, then additional shipping fees may apply.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER? This year, we have begun to carry our own inventory. If you order between shipments, it may take up to 1-2 weeks before your order is ready (since we have to wait for it to be delivered to us, and then turn around and get it to you!) Usually, however, we will have your item in stock and be able to get it to you within 3-5 days.

WHERE DOES THE MONEY GO? Back to you! 100% of the proceeds are reinvested right back into our schools and children through field trip funding, programming, school improvements, and teacher grants (just to name a few!)

WHO RUNS THIS SHOP, ANYHOW? Fellow working parents! Please note we are a 100% volunteer-run non-profit organization - know that we are doing our very best, while also juggling our own jobs, families, and children. We appreciate your support and understanding!

REMEMBER: You can join us on the first Wednesday of every month at 5:30pm in the HMS Preschool Room. All are welcome, but only PTA Members are able to vote on funding requests (so snag a membership today!) FREE childcare and refreshments are always provided.
